Due to having to work about 4 hours in the middle of the night I was in no condition to run this morning so I took my lunch break to get a short run in. It sort of felt like a Minnesota run, but I could tell it was much more wet/humid. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

Some days it feels like the world is just such a disaster. Something hit me this morning though. Seeking God’s will and plan for your life was never presented as making for an easy life. The very fact that Jesus said “take up your cross and follow me” is pretty self-explanatory on what that is…
Bringing clean water to those in Africa that desperately need it is a far better purpose for running than simply staying healthy. Every day I get out and run is a reflection of my commitment to clean water. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon
