Crazy Midday Training Run

Home from camping and got my Monday training run done. Word of wisdom, don’t go out running in midday for a training run. You are crazy if you do. ? It’s was a hot run that’s no doubt. Happy to have worship music going to keep me motivated.

It was nice easy run this morning. The weather was a nice cool 40 degrees, and not much of any wind. I don’t know that I’ll have the chance to return to Sierra Leone, but I am honored that I was able to go and get to know some amazing people there. Working On A Bit of DIY Garage Door Repair

The torsion spring winding today I ordered from Amazon arrived today so I got to work removing the old broken spring in order to measure so I could order the new one. Found some great detailed instructions on replacing and measuring the spring. Hopefully I can get the right spring ordered and get this garage door fixed so we can have out garage stall back.
