A little windy this morning but it made for a nice cool run. I didn’t feel like I slept very well so it was hard to get going this morning. The thought crossed my mind a couple of times to just skip the run today and go back to bed. I couldn’t get myself to do that though. I know that once I actually get moving things turn around. Also, it’s the best time for me to get one-on-one with God with little distraction. It’s hard to believe that the #GRMarathon is only like 6 weeks away. I still have some fundraising to do for #HWI and I’d really like to get to $2000 but that will be a big challenge for sure. #Run4Water

Enjoyed hanging out with the #HWI team once again for a Saturday morning group run. The best part of a group run is engaging in some great conversation while knocking out the miles. It was great to catch up with my long time running partner. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
Attempting to do a long run in the evening after a full day of activities with the family proved to be a bad idea. While I started off strong I just totally ran out of steam after a little over 14 miles. My overall average was still better than I would have thought, but that…
I started my run a bit later than usual this morning. Having a some extra time off at Christmas makes for a nice break from the early morning routine. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus Clean Water For Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
It was definitely a wintery run this morning. I chose to just focus on the distance this morning, and not any sort of time. It was nice to keep things at an easy pace. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
Despite it being a rainy morning it still felt good to be out for a run. After the 2017 #GRMarathon downpour, and consistent winter training, I’m pretty much good to run in anything. If you are going to run a race outside you have to train in everything if you want to be prepared. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
