After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. I think my only slight advantage was have a previous week of out of the park fast runs. I could sure tell that I had missed a day of running though. Regardless of how tough it might have been it still felt good to be back out running. On Tuesday when I didn’t get out for my run the whole day seemed off. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my Saturday run in with being out of town in a trip to Chicago. We’ll see. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

For the first 4-5 minutes it felt like it was going to be a slower day, but after getting the first mile under my belt things turned around. From there on I just slowly kept picking up the pace. This has been pretty typical with how my runs have been going. Hoping to get another…
It was hard to get going this morning. I was so out of it that initially I forgot my water after walking out the door. I also forgot to turn on my heart rate monitor, and even more I totally forgot to put on my running goggles. Despite all of that I did still ended…
Due to having to work about 4 hours in the middle of the night I was in no condition to run this morning so I took my lunch break to get a short run in. It sort of felt like a Minnesota run, but I could tell it was much more wet/humid. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

Oftentimes we don’t take time to look at where we’ve been, and how far we’ve come. Even if we feel like we’ve taken more steps back than forward I’m sure that we can find some areas of our lives where we’ve grown. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun #reflection
