Game Time, Wahoo Marbles
Love playing games with my kids. We want to start doing a family game night once a week. Jacob enjoyed beating me at marbles. Then we had fun playing Rush Hour, and Jacob wanted to keep playing instead of having snack.
For Better Or Worse, The Ease Of Google Services And Devices For Kids
My daughter knows exactly how to send email on our Chromebooks and managed to do so, sending an email to my wife, without any prior direction from me. #kids #technology #parenting #gmail #email #education To provide some context, our home network and devices are all pretty well locked down and managed. Our 7 & 9 year old’s don’t have complete free reign to do whatever they want, at least without bounds. First Weekend Camping – Summer 2018
A little bit of rain tonight but we got our campsite setup, had supper over the camp stove, got a #swim in, and had a #campfire. We don’t let a little rain keep us from enjoying some camping. #FamilyCamping Dorr, Michigan, United States of America

A recent podcast, LOMAH Special Needs Podcast (#39 – Restraint & Seclusion of Special Needs Individuals), that my wife an I listened gave very compelling alternatives. Use our alternative physical techniques of blocking. If you can restrain someone you can block someone. Kim Sanders – Ukeru Systems

Already Missing My Wife
Glad I got the lawn mowed this afternoon before the rain rolled in. Going to try and keep on top of everything while Vanessa is gone to Africa this week. As we were praying before supper tonight reality hit me that she is gone. I’ll be honest, I almost lost it as we were praying for her and the trip. I know that this was God’s plan, and He’s in control of it all. I have no doubt of His protection over, and plan for, the team.
