Another Easy 5 Mile Training Run, And The GR Marathon Is Not Too Far Off
A nice cool comfortable 5 mile run with my running partner. We did get caught in a little bit of rain towards the end of our run. I feel like we kept the pace on the easy side. I think we’re both surprised how close the #GRMarathon is, but we’re feeling ready for it. #HWI #Run4Water I’m still looking for some individuals to partner with me, about $200 to go, and help me hit the $1000 mark for wells in Africa. Enjoying Sunlight And Worship Music On My Saturday Long Run
Being able to start my run later on a Saturday morning is a nice change from my early morning runs during the week. I actually get to enjoy some sunlight part way through my run. I still usually start when it’s dark so I still don the headlamp. Since today was a long “slow” run I just put on the worship music and let my body keep the pace it was comfortable doing, well for the most part. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
