Staying On Track With A Monday Recovery Run
Support Wells in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon We have been fortunate in the U.S. to have had running water in our homes, generally, for the past 80+ years. This sort of infrastructure is just not widely available in Africa. Where even most rural homes in the U.S. have had their own well available right outside their home. Imagine having to make a couple of mile trek for a small amount of water to hopeful get through the day. A well changes all of that for a family in Africa.

Still Running, Starting A New Plan

I ran 13.1 miles last Saturday and around 7 Miles on Tuesday, I did take a break Monday in order to get some extra sleep after a late night. This morning I had another interval training run this morning that kicked my but, however I still ended with more miles then estimated so I it was not all bad. I had actually started a new training plan since my 15K at the River Bank Run isn’t happen. No sense in building up my distance when there isn’t actually a race to run. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun
Getting Back On The Saddle, With A New App In Tow

Unfortunately, the running app that I’ve been using since I started running is being retired in favor of another app. Now I’ve for a whole new setup that I need to get used to.
