Had a nice cool 14 mile run this morning. It’s amazing how much cooler temperatures make a difference in how you feel on the longer runs. Felt great all the way to the end. It was a bit shorter run than last week of course. Loved seeing everyone out for the group run this morning. I was glad to have gotten the 14 miles wrapped up just in time for the start of group run. #HWI #GRMarathon #Run4Water

As I keep working on getting back into a regular running routine the part that is also key is the “why” behind it. The mission of raising money, and awareness of the need, for wells in Africa is not complete. That is a message that doesn’t end during the “off” season. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun Help…

Great weather for a run this morning. Starting to see a lot more runners out in the mornings now. Enjoyed another run focusing on listening to God instead of letting myself get totally consumed with the craziness of life. I pretty much missed the boat this past weekend, since I overslept and missed my Saturday long run. We’ll see how this week goes. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
