Easy Monday Training Run
Got in an easy 11 miles today. Enjoyed another run just listening to the worship music and not letting myself get too wrapped up in work or other distractions. #HW #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus

Prequel To The Groundhog Day Marathon?
It was a tough run this morning the snow covered sidewalks and pathways really took their tole the further I got into my run. On top of that my CamelBak nozzle froze up and couldn’t get any water for a good portion of the second half of my run. What was supposed to be a 17 mile run ended up being only a 15 mile run. Just Another Half Marathon For Clean Water
The long training run for this day was just another 13 miles, which of course I made a half marathon by squeaking in the last 0.1 miles. On Saturdays that I don’t have early morning family commitments, or that I’m out of town, my goal is to get my miles in before the start of the #HWI group run. I love to hang out with the community even if I don’t get to run with them. Tackling The 25K Training Speed Work
The weather this morning was definitely more like Spring. I was on par to start but by the last couple of intervals I was losing steam. Still had a decent overall pace. I enjoyed the time to just be outside and have some quiet to think. #HWI #WhyIRun #Run4Water #RiverBankRun

First Ice Beard Of The Winter
Despite the stormy winter weather I was able to make some decent time. Having cleats that go over my running shoes is a huge help with any sort of snow and ice I encounter. The real problem was having my running glasses getting fogged up so often from the cold wind. I enjoyed some worship music while running despite most of my focus being on the ground in front of me. I spent a little time praying for a friend’s family due to some major medical issues.
