Outdoor Discovery Center Class Trip With Marissa
I had a great day hanging out with my daughter on her class trip to the Outdoor Discovery Center in Holland. This is the first class trip, and first activity I’ve done with my daughter since she’s started school. I’m so thankful that I took the PTO to make it happen. I’ve only done 1 other thing, reading to my son Jacob’s class. I’m trying to do better at being more involved like this.

Should I Give My Kid a Smartphone?
I pretty much agree with everything Craig has posted about. I’ve been on the Internet since High School, and I’m a web developer by trade, so I know all about the dangers. I’m not promoting being the over-protective parent that tries to shelter my kids and set them up for failure. Being In Charge Of The Thanksgiving Turkey

Fun Family Time At The Children’s Museum
I love that our family has a membership to the Grand Rapids Children’s Museum. We can spend hours their with the kids. We audio hey the benefit of their exchange program where our membership gets us into additional places like the Grand Rapids Public Museum and John Ball Zoo. How Do My Kids See Me Living?
Your sons learn more from you by observation than by lecture. I’m constantly challenged by how I’m training and teaching my kids. It’s not a easy task and we hope that we do a good job more that we screw up. Thank goodness that our kids have a loving God that has the power to undo our mess ups. Check it out here:
