Tackling A Rainy And Intense Fitness Level Run

Despite it being a rainy morning it still felt good to be out for a run. After the 2017 #GRMarathon downpour, and consistent winter training, I’m pretty much good to run in anything. If you are going to run a race outside you have to train in everything if you want to be prepared. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

It Snowed, I Ran, It Rained, I Finished

It was slow going this morning. Like someone else has said it was like running in sand, my cleats we’re a marginal help. Glad to still have some worship and prayer time. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus

Wet And Uncomfortable Morning Run

A bit of a wet morning, but not a downpour, so it kept things a little cooler. It was a good thing it was only just shy of 6 miles, as I needed to be able to make it home to get to the bathroom. That last mile was a bit uncomfortable. I was glad […]

2017 GR Marathon Nostalgia

This morning was a bit like reliving the 2017 #GRMarathon and that means I got home drenched. I think I did well enough pace wise despite the strong winds too. Have to train in all kinds of weather right. #HWI #Run4Water
