2017 GR Marathon Nostalgia
This morning was a bit like reliving the 2017 #GRMarathon and that means I got home drenched. I think I did well enough pace wise despite the strong winds too. Have to train in all kinds of weather right. #HWI #Run4Water

While we all have been impacted by this pandemic the biggest impact is on those that were already struggling. We can’t let the pandemic keep us from continuing to help those in need. We just have to find safe ways of doing that. Most children in Sierra Leone don’t get to be “just kids” like kids can in America. Many children are the ones responsible for gathering the water that their entire family needs for the day. This results in either no education, or very little. Bringing more clean water to Africa means a better future for the children. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun Help Bring Clean Water to Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr I almost got 9 miles in, which is almost 3 miles beyond the farthest distance I’ve run since finishing the #GRMarathon in October. It definitely felt harder on the last half than the 1st half. I’m glad I was able to get through it without getting let cramps again.
