A Hot Morning Run To Remember Sierra Leone
We’re definitely into the hot #summer runs. I can’t imagine doing my #training run later in the day with this heat, especially not with lots of water. I thought 1 bottle was going to be enough this morning, boy was I wrong. Despite the heat I still had a good time focusing on prayer and listening to God. First Training Run Since Sierra Leone
Got my first run in since coming back from #SierraLeone after trying to recover from jet lag and a cold. Felt great to be back out there, definitely with a whole new perspective of why I’m running.
