Feeling Like An Intense 5K Run
As I hit the pavement this morning I felt like just kicking into high gear for the entire run. I’m not quite sure that it was an overall lifetime #PR for a #5K but I’m pretty sure I finished better than more recent 5K times. A Tough Tuesday Training Run
I could tell from the start that it was going to be a tough run. I even made a point of going to bed early the night before, because I was going to need to be up by 3:45am to get my 11 mile done at a decent time. I made it to 10 miles and had to stop and let my keys takes rest. Cool Morning Training Run Finally With Some Daylight

A Little Winter Storm Speed Work

When we set out on a run we never know how it’s going to go. We’re going to have good days and we’re going to have bad days. Regardless of how things go we have a God by our side that can get us through those tough hills, unexpected pains, or the feelings of giving up, and bring us across the finish line.
