Some days you just feel great out there running and some days you don’t. Today was the latter, but it was still intense, and I was really pushing myself. It’s days like today that I actually appreciate those hard days where it feels like you are barely moving and all you can think of is, “Am I there yet?”. I appreciate those days because I know that without those days, and overcoming them, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I also know that especially on those days God was right there with me walking(sometimes literally) by my side helping me every step of the way. Another one of those mornings that took some extra effort to get it of bed and get out the door. I really had to fight with myself to not just go back to bed. Always feel even better when I finish a run knowing that I overcame the desire to just stay in bed.
