So I didn’t get a Thursday post up. I was working on the new photo gallery. Also, I didn’t get home till late from my walk. My pictures are up in the gallery. I’m hoping to get the gallery design setup better. Till later…on to my devos.

    Trying to Keep Up…

    OK, well I’m going to try to stay on top of at least something of a daily post. I think what is more realistic is a few weekly posts. I’d rather not even go into how my day went. It was one of those frustrating days when at every turn you wonder if it could get any worse, then it does. Once I got on the road and off to Fargo for the evening things started looking up. I headed to Fargo to visit my friend Chad. I didn’t get there quite as soon as I would have liked but I was pretty much right on time for supper. We enjoyed some good sausage & rice.     Playing A Little Catch-Up…Busy Days

    So I didn’t get a post in on Monday, and I really need to be getting to bed now. LOL, just as I explained to Crowser, I get to a point at night and then I’m wide awake. If I would have went to bed at like 9 or 10 when I was tired I’d be fine but nope. Anyways… So Monday was a pretty good day. My friend Chad was in town for a meeting so we went out for lunch. It goes without saying that when we are pursuing God our “needs” change. Many of what we think we need are merely wants, and God sometimes blesses us with those things as well.

    God Confirms It

    So I just got done reading my devotional this morning. Wouldn’t you know the subject was exactly part of what I was talking about last night. The “normal” life, or balanced life as the devotional put. Christ’s life, as well as the disciples, was anything but normal or balanced. When it comes to meeting the spiritual needs of others, and doing the things that really count, normality isn’t the way to operate. How refreshing it is to have some good quality time to let God fill me for the day, Amen!
