A Little Early Morning Half Marathon

Sticking to the #Endomondo training plan meant getting up before 4am to get 13 miles of running in before my wife needed to leave the house by 6:15. I can say that I was overjoyed having to get up so early, but the alternatives were even less appealing. One thing that something like a time commitment, making sure I was home so my wife could leave, does is give you extra motivation to keep up the pace. And that was definitely going through my mind several times. I’m not 100% certain why but my pace slowed slightly after I hit about mile 9. • Another Running Milestone…20 Miles

I had the pleasure of running my peak 20 miles training run with this amazing community. The amount of support and encouragement that I’ve received is a huge contributor to bringing me to the 20 miles milestone today. I don’t think I could have made it this far without my running…

Joining The Hope Water Team Again

Donate to Clean Water in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon This morning started off with waking up at 3:45am in order to get to Johnson Park by 4:30am. Doing 15 miles I needed to make sure I could get my run wrapped up by the time the HWI Team met at 7am. I got done with plenty of time to hang out with the team before things got started. Things turned out way better than the previous week’s run. On top of that I pretty much got in a consistent pace for the entire run which is pretty unheard of for me. It sounded like many had a rough last week. When the miles start creeping up things move to another level and your…
