Finished Another 3.79mi Run Today
It was a wet snowy morning, which didn’t help my pace any. I honestly didn’t even feel like going out this morning, knowing that I don’t really have a race to train for right now. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

Another Easy 5 Mile Training Run, And The GR Marathon Is Not Too Far Off
A nice cool comfortable 5 mile run with my running partner. We did get caught in a little bit of rain towards the end of our run. I feel like we kept the pace on the easy side. I think we’re both surprised how close the #GRMarathon is, but we’re feeling ready for it. #HWI #Run4Water I’m still looking for some individuals to partner with me, about $200 to go, and help me hit the $1000 mark for wells in Africa. We have matching funds right now so for every $1 that is given it’s actually $2. #WaterIsLife #WhyIRun Donate Now – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne

Why did I wake up a 5am on a Saturday to run 14 miles? The reason for me is 3-fold. First is the mission to continue sharing the need for clean water. Second is do my best to stay active and healthy. The third reason is to be an example to my kids, and by getting up early I’m…
Tackling 6 Miles On My Last Day In Virginia
Give the gift of clean water and hope for the future to children and families in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon This was one of those tough morning runs, where you have thoughts of quiting early. I didn’t let those feelings stop me, or use the heat and humidity as an excuse. I slowed down but kept pushing through. The same could be said when we are trying to make an impact on the world. If we let the overwhelming need minimize the significance of that one well that goes in then we risk giving up. It all starts with one. One step, one mile, one day, one village, one well. Over time that one turns into an impact that we couldn’t have even…
