A Tough Tuesday Training Run
I could tell from the start that it was going to be a tough run. I even made a point of going to bed early the night before, because I was going to need to be up by 3:45am to get my 11 mile done at a decent time. I made it to 10 miles and had to stop and let my keys takes rest. I haven’t stopped my 25K training plan, but there won’t be a race to finish out the training. I’m considering a Virtual Race, but it will be more money spent. This morning during my prayer and worship time I immediately thought of the #EnableTheChildren staff and kids and the impact that rainy season has on them. I also focused on the #WorldHope teams as they work on drilling new wells. Enjoying The Brisk Spring Mornings
It’s been nice to shed some layers as the weather has begun to warm up. I almost feel lighter on my feet just by dropping a layer or two. In the U.S. we have access to many things that we end up just taking for granted. And it’s not a matter of doing something wrong it’s just what we are used to. When a village receives a well it is a big celebration of thankfulness.
