My son was invited to a classmates birthday party at Rebounderz, in Jenison. When I was a kids there was the roller skating rink, these days there are so many new activities for kids to try and do. Our time is too short with our kids, and there will be years ahead when we will have all kinds of time to pursue other things. I will say that this is one of the reasons I wake up at 4am some days to get a run in as I make an effort to not let my running negatively impact my family. #parenting #sacrifice #responsibility
Outdoor Discovery Center Class Trip With Marissa
I had a great day hanging out with my daughter on her class trip to the Outdoor Discovery Center in Holland. This is the first class trip, and first activity I’ve done with my daughter since she’s started school. I’m so thankful that I took the PTO to make it happen. I’ve only done 1 other thing, reading to my son Jacob’s class. I’m trying to do better at being more involved like this.
