I pretty much agree with everything Craig has posted about. I’ve been on the Internet since High School, and I’m a web developer by trade, so I know all about the dangers. I’m not promoting being the over-protective parent that tries to shelter my kids and set them up for failure. Decided to “follow” the #Endomondo training plan today to get a longer interval run in. So far I’ve been doing some mix of the #HWI training plan and the Endomondo one. We’ll see how well that works out for me. It was a very cool morning for a run, I was pretty surprised when I stepped out the door. It made for great weather for a run. While I listened to a #worship running mix I focused on praying for my wife and kids. Life has been challenging recently with the kids. Had a wonderful evening with the family at Rosewood Park. We didn’t know the splash pad was even running yet. We will have to come back another day to enjoy it. The kids were bummed but did take their shoes and socks off to play in the puddles. Michigan, United States of America
