A little damp this morning but I’ll take the warmer weather. Another round of intervals but they were definitely kicked up a notch. #HWI#HessLakeRun#GRMarathon#Run4Water
It was a nice long run this morning. I had the worship workout music going and had some solid time with God. Hopefully I’ll get one more of these runs in before I have to take a break from running. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon
One new #WorldHope well in a village can mean the difference between life and death for a child, or the difference between getting and education or getting sexually assaulted. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon
Great to be out with the #HWI group running again. Had some great conversations. Great to see all the new faces this year and some visitors as well. #GRMarathon #Run4Water
Enjoyed hanging out with the #HWI team once again for a Saturday morning group run. The best part of a group run is engaging in some great conversation while knocking out the miles. It was great to catch up with my long time running partner. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
Back in the neighborhood before I start a busy day back home. I’ll be heading back out to the campground after working from home today. #HWI #KCC #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRHalfMarathon
Help me impact 19 more people with just $255 more to go. Don’t delay! https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Putting a well in a village that has no reliable source of water, let alone clean water, has major long-term impacts. A village with a well becomes a source of hope, even for people not native to that village. It puts that village on a path of prosperity and growth.
