So I wasn’t sure where to start after taking a week off after the Groundhog Day Marathon but I did need to get into a 25K training plan to prepare for the River Bank Run coming up in May. Last Run Before Sierra Leone
I really didn’t want to get up this morning but I wanted to get 1 more run in before heading to #SierraLeone #Africa tomorrow. Despite having to drag myself out of bed I got another #PR for farthest distance in 1 hour, not bad.
