Did someone turn back the clock? I thought the winter running was well behind us, and I was enjoying shedding some of the layers. Today was a big fight against the new(used) treadmill. I guess it was hill training this morning. I have to figure out this new treadmill so that I can actually use it in line with my training schedule. I felt slow and frustrated this morning. Blah. After still not quite getting much in for running the last two weeks I decided to just start a new training plan. For me, I need the motivation of a plan. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a matter of if I don’t have a plan I won’t run, it does make it harder, but it really comes down to just not wanting to have to figure what I’m going to run every morning.
