Clean water doesn’t only save lives in Africa, it also helps promote education and a brighter future for children. Instead of young boys and girls having to make the trip to retrieve water for the family they can spend their time in school furthering their education.

Running To The Worship Beat

This week starts a switch up of my Monday and Tuesday running schedule. All I can say is that the Spirit was moving while I listened to the worship music. My run was pretty much kicked onto high gear but the whole time the music was speaking to right where I’m at these days. This morning during my prayer and worship time I immediately thought of the #EnableTheChildren staff and kids and the impact that rainy season has on them. I also focused on the #WorldHope teams as they work on drilling new wells. Preparing For Next Year’s Garden

Spent the afternoon building a couple of 4’x8’x18″ raised garden beds. We’ll be getting them settled and filled with soil before winter so they’ll be ready for planting in the Spring. My son helped me with getting the corner 4×4’s cut and them helping me screw together one of them and a little of the second one.

A Wet Easy 11 Miles

I got 11 miles in this morning even though it was raining. With being stuck inside, and at home, pretty much all the time, I was glad to get out end enjoy the end of my run in some daylight. When I finished I enjoyed getting on a Zoom call with the #HWI team and catching up a little bit.
