I didn’t get my Thursday run posted but I did make it out. I had a couple of later morning starts than normal, as I just needed a little more rest… #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
Pretty cool to hit a PR tonight. #PR2018
2nd to the last marathon training run today. Since I took a break yesterday in order to get some extra rest I decided to stick with the #Endomondo plan which called for some speed work, well sort of. ? I spent the slower end of the run lifting many of my family up in prayer, in addition to those in Africa that are still waiting for access to clean water. Our world is full of both physical and spiritual needs. When we take care of the physical needs it paves the way for the spiritual needs. #HWI #GRMarathon #Run4Water #WhyIRun Donate to Life – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne

I made it to 10 miles and had to stop and let my keys takes rest. I ended up doing some walk/run intervals to get myself home. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus It was one of those tough runs where you begin to question your training and whether you’re going to even be able to tackle the next race. I’m going to need to keep my eye on the cause in order to get through this I…
