    Hoping to Get Back in The Groove…

    Something that came up at our Life Shapes meeting this morning, was the subject of mission. This is something that I’ve been sort of struggling with, in that I’m trying to determine what my mission should be. I think this brings me back to the Purpose Driven Life. I have felt, for a long time, that my heart is for youth. This has been what has drawn me to my years working at Inspiration Point, and my current involvement with the Bethel youth.     Unfortunate News…

    So I didn’t get a blog entry in yesterday. Oh well, not much went on. I spent a good portion of the day trying to work out wireless issues. I won’t go into the details, however, ended up spending time today working on it too. I guess it’s back to the drawing board on this one. I’m going to need to do some more research into this. So I got two rather unfortunate emails today, both from my Mom. She’s going to be leaving our home church and finding a new church. This has a lot to do with everything that went on with Masha and how too many people at church didn’t understand. Things were very hard for my whole family. People at church…

    Putting Wood On The Fire

    Put more wood into the fire by accompanying your partner to his/her favourite place. – Day 1, Refresh Your Marriage In 31 Days I can definitely see that the busyness of life makes it more challenging to keep the “wood fires burning” of marriage. Marriage takes work and especially intentional action to keep plain selfishness at bay. If we would keep our focus on serving in our marriage then love would be more readily felt. I need to plan to be intentional about this each day.

    Each day passes by and I wonder what ever happened to the daily need to publish my thoughts. Well it is still there, however I find my time somehow filled with other things. The time passes and my eyes grow heavy with the thought of sleep. Perhaps I have more of a life now, perhap I have come to a point of not so depressing thoughts. I guess one factor that has changed in my life is the on-going communication I have with others. I actually have real people to care on discussion with.   • Blog Design Changes…

    So I have done some design changes on my blog. I’ve customized it more away from the canned templated I was using. I’m not using an original panoramic photo for my header. I’ve also got the new photo gallery integrated a bit better. I’ve also added the ability to use avatars, that would be little pictures to represent yourself. I’ve even signed up for and allow the use of gravatars. Well, of course, busy-busy it has been. Not much of my life has been posted as of late. Maybe not today but hopefully tomorrow I’ll get a good long post in. On the the devos…
