Even When Away, And Things May Be Not Working, You Can Still Run
It turned out to be a run where I just had to gauge my distance based on how much time it might take me to get to the half way mark. According to Google Maps I went father than I needed to. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #KCC #GRHalfMarathon
Hitting The 20 Mile Mark, And I Feel Fine
Wow, what a great 20 mile training run today. That may sound crazy but with the cool weather and the great company of Harvey, Jason, and John it made for a good time. I can definitely tell I ran 20 miles, a little over actually, but I feel very good. If I can tackle the coming 26.2 mile marathon in the next few weeks like today I should be able to finish in a much better state than last year. I still need some more partners for my #HWI fundraiser. Wild Life: No One Gets The Master Plan, And No One Is Perfect

Add to the perfectionism the desire to always have a plan makes life pretty difficult as things more often than not don’t go according to the plan. Reading through…
Wells And Wellness…And Treadmills
I decided to run on the treadmill this morning for my speed work, partly due to the down pouring rain. It was the toughest training run I’ve had in awhile. I’ve always considered the treadmill as the most boring and dreaded running you can do. I’ve starting to change my opinion on the treadmill. Instead of the dreaded thing I’ve always seen it as, however I have some to respect it, it challenges you in ways that the outdoors doesn’t. Needless to say today the treadmill won. I only made it to 6 miles and cut the last 23 minutes of my run. I did this photo collage to show that I not only #Run4Water but I also run for my health. About 3.5 years…
Monday Running With High Winds And Snowy Footing
It was supposed to be an easy run but with the wind and snowy walkways it was pretty tough out there this morning. #HWI #Run4Water #GroundhogMarathon #Garmin #Running

Great perspective! Have not thought of authority in that way, but so true.
