I have never been a morning person, so for me to look for an excuse to stay longer in bed, instead of getting up at 4am, is no surprise. The teams from World Hope that drill the new wells are skilled at what they do. They carefully choose a location and methodically carry out the execution of drilling a well. The result is reliable well to serve the community. It was a nice cool morning for a quick run. I gave my new headlamp a short test run. What started out being a pretty easy going run turned out to be much faster than I had expected. I was checking my heart rate the whole time and only once did it rise just a hair past 150. My pace just ended up being what it was based on how I ended up doing with my heart rate. What’s encouraging to me is to see what appears to be my heart health getting better. I feel God has definitely blessed me through my running. Honestly, one of the big helpers with my runs is listening to a worship workout album. There are moments when I am so focused on the song that I forget about the running. I did take some time this morning…
