After an extra day of rest after my Saturday long run in back at it. It’s crazy to think that 1 week ago I ran in like 40° colder temps. We’ve had a pretty mild winter in Michigan. At this point there is no be telling what marathon day will be like, which is all other more reason to be hitting the pavement regardless of what the weather is like. During my run this morning I enjoyed listening to my running worship music but I also took some time to lift up the many medical needs of those I know. The number of children in Africa that suffer from lack of clean water is staggering.
