After an 11 mile Tuesday run today seemed like it was barely worth getting out of bed for, but it is a necessary part of the training plan in order for it to be adjusted for how I’m actually doing. In the U.S. water is so easily available that it’s easy to take it for granted. In places like Sierra Leone water is not so easy to come buy or at least clean water that won’t cause other issues. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Donate to Clean Water: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
