So really yesterday was my first morning waking up in my new home, however this is the first morning that my work morning routine begins to take shape (at least until we return from our honeymoon). I’m going to have to keep this short for now. These past couple of weeks, and now this week, have been amazing for my morning devotions. I struggled at the beginning of the year to want to go through one of the devotionals I had because I had already been through it a couple years ago. The amazing thing is over the course of the last couple of weeks, and now this one, the devotional readings have all been about marriage. OK, let’s recap the day first. Got up at 5:30 this morning. Had some good time before work. I still really feel getting up at 5:00 would be better, I just can’t get to bed very early, grrr. Work was good today. I feel like I’m finally getting caught up with stuff. Yes! That’ll probably jinks it, LOL. I’m finding that I’m going to have to do some research to find a better system for the free church websites we’re providing. I might have to do something custom, so long as it’s easy to use. Overall a good day. It was nice to have some extra time today before youth praise team practice. The practice went pretty well. Excellent Weekend…
Well, I didn’t get a post made last night. I just got a little tired to make the post. Also, there wasn’t much that went on Saturday. I got up around 9:30 and got around to getting my remaining leaves cleaned up and taken to the dump before the rain came. I made some bread in the bread machine for the first time. The crust got a little harder and thicker than I would have preferred but it was tasty. I mostly bummed around that day. I went over to John O’s that night and watched “The Magnificent Seven” with Rud Wasson & Shawn Osborne. It was a good old western. Today I got up for the early service at church. So it’s been an ok day. Even though I didn’t have the time to post about my morning devotions I did ge them in before I headed off to work. Here’s hoping I can post tomorrow morning. The battle rages on against the night. So I had a meeting with On Deman Graphics in Fergus about a website job. They’ve got their own graphics people to work on the design aspects, they just need a programmer to make it happen on the web. Initially it looks to be a fairly small site, it’ll have a few different programming aspects, but it also looks to be an on going job. I’m not sure how I feel about this. The extra money is great but it’s nice…
