First Hill Training Run Of 2019
Things warmed up a little this morning. I got a little bit of a later start today. I had a hard time sleeping last night, perhaps because of all the holiday eating yesterday. Still had a good run in though. I even tackled some hill training. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRGus

Winter Running in April?
This morning was an evaluation run, but things weren’t so easy given that it had snowed and the sidewalks were more slick than I had anticipated. Not much else to share when I have these short intense runs.

The need for clean water hasn’t come to an end. #HWI #WhyIRun #Run4Water Give to clean water in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr With so many other changes happening because of COVID-19 it’s good to be able to keep some things the same. I’m general our family is adjusting to the new normal, but time will tell how things go. While most are in an area where you a generally restricted to their home it’s important for everyone to still find a way to connect with others. Using video…

A Quick 5K For The Children
Every mile the #HWI Team runs is a commitment to bring clean water to those in need in Africa. Villages like Ronkorhun where there are not only families but a school. However, children can’t attend school if they must spend their days walking to gather water. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Donate to Wells in Africa: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr

Why I Ran A 5K This Morning
This is what #Run4Water means to me, what my commitment is about. My drive comes from wanting to see these children grow up knowing that there is hope for a better future. #HWI #WhyIRun #GRMarathon #SierraLeone
