Week 2, River Bank Run 5K Training
Today started off my 2nd week of training for the Fifth Third River Bank Run 5K. Felt good after my workout so I can definitely see that I’m improving.

Most children in Sierra Leone don’t get to be “just kids” like kids can in America. Many children are the ones responsible for gathering the water that their entire family needs for the day. This results in either no education, or very little.
