    Well, this is going to be another short post. I didn’t get hardly any sleep last night. This cold I’ve caught has really made things hard.   • Listening to Your Children

    How often are we “too busy” to listen to our children? How often do we let our personal agendas, attitudes, or being tired let us get frustrated and angry with our children? I’m sure that we all have our moments. And I’m pretty sure we’ve all had to deal with frustrating people in our lives, other than our children. If we want to have a relationship with our children that has a solid foundation then we need to do more but listening and curb the frustration and anger.     Great Training Run With Friends This Morning

    Loved being able to do a training run with other guys. 3 things happen, first you’re building relationships and community. Second you’re keeping your heart rate and pace in check as you carry on a conversation, or try to. ? And last the time and miles seem to fly by since you’re focusing less on them.     Another Quick One…If That’s Possible

    Well, the goal here is to keep it short so I can get to bed. So today was a pretty good day. I really feel like I got some things done at work. I’ve been getting some very encouraging words from many, I thank you all again. As I’ve thought even more about this topic of relationships I’m finding myself torn on a fine line between expecting God to do all the work and taking it all into my own hands. I think a big issue is motivation.     Thanks guys for the encouragement & support. The reality is that not really any of the advice items you’ve said is something I didn’t already know, or haven’t told myself like a hundred times. This is why I had to get it all out in the open. I just need a lot of prayer in this area of my life. Like I said at the end this is something I’m needed to take to God everday. You know this topic of not going and looking, as it relates to relationships, I’m starting to have a little issue with.
