80 Degree Morning Run With The Blessing of Water

Sporting the Slip n Slide 5K shirt on my training run this morning. It was a hot one at 5am, I can’t imagine doing my run later today. Running in the heat took me back to our short 3 mile run in Freetown and remembering for those in need. I was blessed to have 2 fresh bottles of water available to me while I ran. Only a few more weeks until the #RiverBank and I think I’m feeling good about my training so far. #HWI #WhyIRun #Run4Water

I eventually decided to cut the run short at a half marathon distance. Giving how slow my pace was the last few miles I expected a…
