With things warming up yesterday the roads and sidewalks got cleared pretty well. I was able to hit my interval training run paces quite easily. Looking back on the tough training week, I think it was actually a good thing in terms of getting an extra hard without to prepare me for today. I only have a couple of runs left in the training plan before the marathon next week, then it’ll be on to the #RBR 25K training. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun

This morning was a bit like reliving the 2017 #GRMarathon and that means I got home drenched. I think I did well enough pace wise despite the strong winds too. Have to train in all kinds of weather right. #HWI #Run4Water
I got out for a long overdue Saturday run, a “long run” as the training plan classified it. As expected, since it was a timed run I got more distance in than what was called for since pace is always a challenge for me. I’m planning on joining some of the Hope Water Project – Team Daybreak group runs starting this Saturday, which brings me to considering what it means to run in the cold. I came across this Runner’s World post today that has many ideas on ways to keep training in the Winter months, or cold climates. I think the most…
It wasn’t pretty, but we got it done. #HWI #Run4Water #GRGus

Last early morning long run before the marathon next week. It’s been another great journey with my running partner. Only 1 week until the #GRMarathon with the #HWI team. #WhyIRun #Run4Water Donate to Clean Water – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne
