After a brief hiatus on Tuesday, no thanks to a cold and a bad nights rest, I was back out for my early morning run. I really had my butt kicked with a high intensity interval run. I think my only slight advantage was have a previous week of out of the park fast runs. I could sure tell that I had missed a day of running though. Regardless of how tough it might have been it still felt good to be back out running. On Tuesday when I didn’t get out for my run the whole day seemed off. I’m not sure how I’m going to get my Saturday run in with being out of town in a trip to Chicago. We’ll see. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

I’ve always considered the treadmill as the most boring and dreaded running you can do. I’ve starting to change my opinion on the treadmill. Instead…
When visited Sierra Leone I was able to experience a village celebration of a new well. The joy and excitement that I saw made every mile I ran through #HWI worth every challenge, or pain, or struggle. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon Donate to Clean Water: https://timn.me/2Kx7NEr
