7 Miles A Day Challenge – Day 4 Complete

This week starts a switch up of my Monday and Tuesday running schedule. All I can say is that the Spirit was moving while I listened to the worship music. My run was pretty much kicked onto high gear but the whole time the music was speaking to right where I’m at these days. Today’s training run was an intense interval run that pretty much required my complete focus. I only had 30 seconds to “recover” between my 6 minute long 8 minutes/mile pace intervals, and there were 8 of those. I had quite a few misses, and I was short on my final distance by about .02 miles, but overall I still knocked it out with a good time. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
