Another Recent IM Session . . .

Tim: I just feel like the world today is just destroying our youth
Cassie: that and not alot of ppl are covering them in prayer…they just call it “humanity problems” and ignore it
Tim: yes
Tim: this issue of moral relativism (sry for the big words) is getting worse by the day
Cassie: it really is
Cassie: we need to start making just praying for these kids a deal every day instead of just waiting until one kid blows up with problems
Tim: yes
Tim: absolutely
Tim: I’m starting to see also, how it seems moral relativism is creeping into the Christian community also
Cassie: definitely
Tim: don’t get me wrong, I’m not a legalist by any means…
Tim: but God’s truth is firm, it’s not wishy-washy
Cassie: hey i believe that 100%
Tim: His truth is also compassionate…and I think we are not clear on how compassion comes into it…I think we distort compassion with tolerance.

    So it would seem that I really lost touch with my blog. I wouldn’t be surprised if no reads the thing anymore, although I do know that some have you have bugged me about it. So what’s my excuse?     When Storms Test Your Faith

    I can honestly say that both my wife and I are going through some difficult storms in our lives right now. Many days come that cause me to have no option but to trust that God has it handled even though I feel like things are out of control and falling down all around me. I can say that I have still seen God come through, especially in the case of my Mom’s seizure, brain surgery, and recovery. I don’t know when the “other side” of all this will be seen but I know God is bigger than me.

    Apple’s Makin Me Angry, Help Comes to the Rescue!

    Ok, so I’ve been a little frustrated with the new iTunes. I’ve actually reverted back to the previous version. It took some hunting to actually find the old installer. I decided to help others out who also wanted to go back to 4.9 and I posted the instructions that worked for me along with a link to the file I’ve got hosted on my website. Well the powers that be overseeing the Apple discussions sent me a notification that my post had been removed. Then I reposted and it was quitely removed without any notification. What irritates me is that there was no clear reason why it was removed. Well I posted a third time and didn’t include the link to my download site. Not…
