I’ve known for a long time that I’m a perfectionist and a planner. This had always been both a strength and a great weakness for me. The major weakness is that I’m always trying to figure out God’s plan and I turn my perfectionism into unrealistic expectations of others. Also my perfectionism takes a lot of joy out of life. So last night the kitchen flooring got done so today we got gas installed for the stove, and Internet installed. My brother-in-law helped me get our appliances moved in. I finished hooking up all the appliances tonight. Things are starting to feel a little less overwhelming. I do still have to finish the floor in the hallway, and there is a huge pile of junk in the garage that needs cutting down to be picked up on Monday. I so can’t wait for move in day and us finally just being here and getting settled in.As Christians, Are We Rising To Jesus’ Calling?
Christians, are we remembering Jesus calling or following the world when we complain about our president? It seems that I hear a lot of complaining and negativity about everything that our president does. I don’t agree with what a lot of what our president has done but I also wonder how many Christians are actually praying for our president, he needs it that is for sure.Home Office Upgrade

Running, Community, And Living With Purpose
I read this story tonight and it got me thinking about the journey I’ve been on but even more the HWI Daybreak community that I’ve been blessed to be apart of. Running has become for me something I couldn’t even have fathomed a little more than a year ago. Running for me is apart of who I am, and the relationships I’m building are a huge part of that as well. I hope that my running and my journey can be a light of Hope in the lives of people I share it with.
