OK, well I’m going to try to stay on top of at least something of a daily post. I think what is more realistic is a few weekly posts. I’d rather not even go into how my day went. Wee Early Morning Run
Well, this morning was not a typical training run. With having to start work at 5:30 in the morning my focus was mostly on getting done as quick as I could.
