After an extra day of rest after my Saturday long run in back at it. It’s crazy to think that 1 week ago I ran in like 40° colder temps. We’ve had a pretty mild winter in Michigan. At this point there is no be telling what marathon day will be like, which is all other more reason to be hitting the pavement regardless of what the weather is like. I really didn’t want to get up this morning but I wanted to get 1 more run in before heading to #SierraLeone #Africa tomorrow. Despite having to drag myself out of bed I got another #PR for farthest distance in 1 hour, not bad.
