My daughter knows exactly how to send email on our Chromebooks and managed to do so, sending an email to my wife, without any prior direction from me. #kids #technology #parenting #gmail #email #education To provide some context, our home network and devices are all pretty well locked down and managed. Our 7 & 9 year old’s don’t have complete free reign to do whatever they want, at least without bounds. Additionally, their elementary school uses Google for Education and they get school email addresses starting at 3rd grade. My kids have experience and access to a lot of technology, both at school and at home. Had some nice early morning weather for my 17 miles. I was so grateful to have the #HWI water stations out by the time I got through about half of my run. It was nice to not have to figure out how to drop water somewhere. It was a tougher run going it alone. I definitely appreciate being able to run with the group and visit while running. It takes your mind off of the run and helps to keep you motivated. There were people out on the trails by the 2nd half of my run so it was nice to have people to greet and get some encouraging words at times. #GRMarathon #Run4WaterRunning In The Rain, Not My Preference

Being able to start my run later on a Saturday morning is a nice change from my early morning runs during the week. I actually get to enjoy some sunlight part way through my run. I still usually start when it’s dark so I still don the headlamp. Since today was a long “slow” run I just put on the worship music and let my body keep the pace it was comfortable doing, well for the most part. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
