This morning the wheels pretty much fell off my 6.5 mile run. As you can see I really only got a little more than 4 miles in. I had to stop because I just couldn’t keep jostling things around and keep the trots from hitting me. I did manage to get another really slow 1.5 miles in after that but it was still rough. I’m not sure exactly what the cause was but I do know that I haven’t been exactly eating great the last few weeks. Hopefully this next week I can get back in my groove. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

I almost didn’t make it out this morning after a rather late night and not much sleep. Even though I didn’t get my 5 miles in according to the plan I did get yesterday’s 3 Miles in today. #HWI #KCC #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRHalfMarathon #RiverBankRun
Last training run with my running partner before the big race on Sunday. Seems like nothing to run a couple of miles for training. It was a crisp morning that is for sure but it felt like a good prequel to the marathon day temperature. #HWI #GRMarathon #Run4Water Donate to Water – https://timn.me/2t9D4ne
