A nice cool comfortable 5 mile run with my running partner. We did get caught in a little bit of rain towards the end of our run. I feel like we kept the pace on the easy side. I think we’re both surprised how close the #GRMarathon is, but we’re feeling ready for it. #HWI…
Given the struggle on Monday to get traction and keep a decent place I decided to take my interval run to the treadmill. About the only good thing about a treadmill is that you can easily keep a consistent pace. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun #treadmill
This morning was an evaluation run, but things weren’t so easy given that it had snowed and the sidewalks were more slick than I had anticipated. Not much else to share when I have these short intense runs.
