I finished up my run this morning with a tough second half. This seems to be the norm right now, but every day I get out and run is still one step closer to being able to make it farther or longer. #HWI #KCC #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRHalfMarathon
I didn’t get my Thursday run posted but I did make it out. I had a couple of later morning starts than normal, as I just needed a little more rest… #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun

I only had 30 seconds to “recover” between my 6 minute long 8 minutes/mile pace intervals, and there were 8 of those. I had quite a few misses, and I was short on my final distance by about .02 miles, but overall I still knocked it out with a good time. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #RiverBankRun
As I listened to the worship music play I prayed for the #HWI Team’s training and races, as well as for the people of Sierra Leone, that God would provide exactly what they each needed. #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon

If we let the overwhelming need minimize the significance of that one well that goes in then we risk giving up. It all starts with one. One step, one mile, one day, one village, one well. Over time that one turns into an impact that we couldn’t have even…
