Putting In Some Miles On A Crisp Tuesday Morning

This morning I opted to run without the cleats, since I could see that the sidewalks looked to be mostly cleared. Unless there is snow covering the sidewalks the cleats just don’t feel very comfortable to run in. It was a nice easy run, listening to some worship workout music: Christian Workout – 50 Best Music Hits Running & Cardio

Remembering The Daily Struggle In Sierra Leone

As I wrapped up another 5 miles this morning my thoughts turned to the daily struggle to survive for so many in Sierra Leone. The hardship of trying to gather water, and not even clean water for many, is real. Adding the begin of the spread of #COVID19 in he country and I am deeply concerned about all of those I was blessed with meeting when I visited almost 2 years ago. They don’t have anywhere near the facilities and access to services that we have in the U.S. and they are in desperate need our investment in their future. #HWI #Run4Water #WhyIRun #GRMarathon #RiverBankRun Invest in the future of Sierra Leone: https://timn.me/2020HWI
