Another Nice 8.5 Mile Run

It was nice easy run this morning. The weather was a nice cool 40 degrees, and not much of any wind. I don’t know that I’ll have the chance to return to Sierra Leone, but I am honored that I was able to go and get to know some amazing people there. I think about them often and pray that the wells will continue to increase in number and make huge impacts for generations to come.

While I have been involved with Hope Water International, I have seen first hand the lives that are changed. When you have a good training run you can celebrate by looking back on those tough days that got you there. Enjoying The Start Of A New Training Week

I enjoyed a shorter easy training run this morning. I guess it wasn’t super short as it was long enough to feel like I could get my mind off of the running and start listening to the words of the worship music playing and lift up those that God brought to my mind that needed prayer this morning.
