    Life Without Internet…Thursday

    Thursday was an ok day at work. I really didn’t feel like I was able to keep on task as well as I would have liked. I was able to make some progress on the CLB site, integrating the forums into the homepage. I also got to talking with Todd about the whole blogging thing. He had setup himself with a Blogger.com blog. I offered to host a WordPress blog for him, then we got on the sunject of creating a CLB Blog site.     Starting The Day With God

    Whatever you’ve done and whatever you face, turn to God first, each morning. Give him your day, and then allow him to guide each step. Something that I’ve tried to stick to for years is to start my day off with having time with God. I can’t say it always happens, or that it’s always the quality time it should be.     Well, today has been an interesting one. It started with the guys not showing up at Perkins this morning. Oh well, I understand it’s early for them. We’ll work something out on Wednesday. My day at work was pretty good. I got a lot done. I had a good chat with Ginny over IM during lunch. She knew I was going to Grease on Sunday. She got on my case about somethings, I won’t mention them here, LOL. After work I headed off to Ronnevik’s to fix their computer. Got everything taken care of and hopefully things will be working a bit better for them. They treated me to a good home-cooked meal and some nice conversation. I got back home and checked email. I…

    Hardships…Who’s to Blame?

    (Exodus 5:1-23) Initially it would seem that Moses and Aaron weren’t helping matters each time they talked to Pharaoh. The Isrealites even blamed them for making things harder for them. How did Moses and Aaron take that? Well we know that at least Moses in turn decided to blame God for what was happening to the Isrealites. It might seem that both the Isrealites and/or Moses were correct in placing blame, however they were wrong as God had a plan for it all.     Major Catch-Up Coming…

    Ok, so I’ve been pretty out of it blog-wise the past week. It’s not so much an issue of not wanting to blog. It’s just an issue of having the right time to do it. I’m thinking I’m going to work in a good chunk of time tomorrow to catch up on everything that’s been going on. I think my problem too is that I really like doing my post right before I go to bed. This is good and bad as my day is done but I usually spend a good chunk of time writing and don’t get to bed as soon as I really need to.
